If cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to arrival, all of the deposit will be refunded, less a $20.00 service fee.
If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival, deposit will only be refunded if we are able to rebook the room, less a $20.00 service fee.
A larger deposit will be required for all events and cancellations are the same but with a service charge of $100.00.
ALL cancellations within 48 hours of arrival date will incur a FULL STAY CHARGE, unless we are able to re-book, in which case all monies (less a $ 20.00 service fee) will be refunded.
No-Show is charged 100% of room fee.
Master Card and Visa accepted. No pets allowed in Guest House. "Well behaved" pets allowed in "Bunk House".
No smoking allowed in guest house, bunk house or barn area. |
